1.Who we are

Good Company Dinner Club ("Good Company," "we," "us") runs this website, goodcompanydinner.club, and the club itself. Privacy questions: support@goodcompanydinner.club.

2.What we collect

• Signup quiz: first and last name, cell number, email, age, part of town, dinner budget comfort, interests, your one-sentence description (the fun fact), and how you heard about us.
• Texts: your RSVPs, confirmations, standby requests, post-dinner feedback, and anything else you text the club number.
• Billing: handled entirely by Whop, our payment provider. Whop collects and stores your payment details under its own privacy policy. We see that you paid, never your card.
• Website and ads: our checkout page uses the Meta pixel, a small tracker that tells Facebook and Instagram when an ad leads to a signup, so we stop paying for ads that do not work.
• Waitlist: if your city is not open yet, your contact info and city.

3.How we use it

• Seating tables: age, interests, budget, and part of town decide who dines together.
• Running dinners: booking, invites, confirmations, day-of details, standby, and feedback.
• The fun fact: shared with your table the morning of dinner, exactly as the quiz says.
• Billing and account help.
• Club news that matters to members, like happy hours or your city opening.
• Ad measurement, so the club grows without wasting money.

4.Who sees it

• Your tablemates: your first name and fun fact only, the morning of dinner.
• Restaurants: the reservation name ("Good Company") and a headcount. Not your personal details.
• The tools that run the club: Tally (the signup quiz), Whop (checkout and billing), Google Workspace (email), the phone service that runs the club's texting number, and the member sheet we keep in a password-protected workspace. Meta receives the checkout-page pixel signals described above.
• The law: if we are legally required to share something, we comply.
• Nobody else. We do not sell your info or give it to data brokers, and we never will.

5.Texting program

By checking the consent box at signup, you agree to receive club texts at the number you provided. Message frequency varies, usually a handful per dinner cycle. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out at any time. Text HELP, or just reply in plain words, and a human will help.

6.Cookies and the pixel

Our site keeps cookies to a minimum. The checkout page includes Meta's pixel for ad measurement. You can limit how Meta uses your ad activity at facebook.com/adpreferences, and your browser can block cookies entirely.

7.How long we keep it

While your membership or waitlist spot is active. Cancel and ask us to delete your info, and we will, usually within a few days. Whop keeps billing records as long as tax and payment laws require.

8.Your choices

• See it, fix it, or delete it: email support@goodcompanydinner.club or text the club number.
• Stop texts: text STOP.
• These choices belong to every member, no matter which state you live in.

9.Age

The club is for adults 21 and up. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and never from children.

10.Security

Your info lives in a small number of password-protected tools, visible only to the people who run the club. No system on earth is perfect, but we keep the number of doors small and locked.

11.Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and we will text or email members before meaningful changes take effect.
